Baked Potato (Easy Recipe for Snacks)


  • 3 pcs medium sized potato
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or canola oil
  • Salt and paper to taste
  • a pinch of italian seasoning (optional)


  1. Peel and slice potato at your desired shape and size.
  2. Coat with olive oil or canola oil.
  3. Sprinkle salt and paper to taste.
  4. Add a pinch of Italian seasoning or any herbs (optional)
  5. Bake at 180 deg. c. for 25 minutes.

Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise.
