- 3 pcs medium sized potato
- 1 tbsp olive oil or canola oil
- Salt and paper to taste
- a pinch of italian seasoning (optional)
- Peel and slice potato at your desired shape and size.
- Coat with olive oil or canola oil.
- Sprinkle salt and paper to taste.
- Add a pinch of Italian seasoning or any herbs (optional)
- Bake at 180 deg. c. for 25 minutes.
Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise.
