Baked Pork Chop with Potato


For the pork chop:

  • 6 pcs pork chop (standard size)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp sugar

For the potato:

  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Marinate the pork chop with soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, pepper, and sugar.
  2. Coat potatoes with canola oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 190 deg. c  for about 45 minutes (or until cooked).
